Mr. Skakandy hails from Richmond, Virginia and is an alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute. He arrived in Jacksonville, NC in 2002 when he received orders to Camp Lejeune to serve as a rifle platoon commander. After two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and a military exchange with the German Army, he transitioned out of the Marine Corps to pursue his interest in real estate. Stephen specializes in New Construction & Development  in Onslow & surrounding counties.  Along with being owner of Prestige Realty, he is a multimillion dollar producer & has a reputation for being one of the most diligent Realtors in the county.  Mr. Skakandy holds many designations such as: Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified New Home Sales Professional, Short Sale and Forclosure Resource Certified, as well a Sellers Representative Specialist.
